At bookcruisefare, we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional cruise experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or modify your booking. Our refund policy is designed to offer clarity and fairness to all our customers.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund, excluding non-refundable deposits.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 30 to 59 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

Certain promotions and special discounts may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. These deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the booking terms.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email with booking details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

4. Modifications and Rescheduling

  • Bookings can be modified up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability.
  • A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the changes.
  • If the new booking costs more, the price difference must be paid.

5. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to board the cruise on the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.

6. Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel disruptions.

7. Cancellation by bookcruisefare

In rare cases where we cancel a cruise due to weather or operational issues:

  • Customers will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
  • We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred.
